1.      All goods are sold ex store and all freight and insurance charges are to be paid by the purchaser.

2.      The Purchaser is bound by the terms and conditions of the sale as stipulated in the companies credit application

3.      Returns must be approved before hand and are to be accompanied by a copy of an invoice and stating reason for claim.

4.      Returns must be in original packaging. Returns after 30 days will incur a 10% handling charge.

5.      Items specially procured are not returnable.

6.      Cables are only returnable if they have been incorrectly manufactured or are faulty.

7.      The title of goods does not pass to purchaser until payment is received in full.

8.      Prices are subject to change without notice and are exclusive of GST.

9.      Cables and Controls warrants that all products and cable assemblies will be warranted for 1 year against manufactures defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacture’s specifications. The warranty is not extended to incorrect fitting or use or application, incorrect maintenance, neglect or accidental damage. Cables and Controls will not be responsible or liable for any circumstances related to or associated with any products or sale of products that may cause the consumer or entity related to or associated with the consumer any direct or indirect consequential or incidental loss, costs, damages or expenses of whatever nature relating to the products or sale of the products or any defects in the products.

Cables and Controls will at its sole discretion repair, replace or refund the purchase price of such products free of charge if found on examination by it to be defective provided any necessary return charges are prepaid.
